Access Services Associate
As an Access Services Associate, Bella supports a variety of daily bread-and-butter operations of Perkins and Bostock Libraries. Her primary focus is on student assistant development, training, and recruitment, supporting their daily operations in the Physical Collections & Reserves (Stacks) Unit. She works collaboratively across Access & Delivery Services (ADS) to ensure consistent, efficient, and user-centered access to services, spaces, and collections. She chairs the ADS Student Management Team with the goal of improving the experiences and resources of student assistants, with an emphasis on improving documentation and training materials.
