Candice Clarke
Materials Management Associate
As Materials Management Assistant, Candice coordinates and participates in the intake, disposition and processing of materials under the purview of the Collection Strategy and Development Department. She works directly with individuals offering to donate library materials, and coordinates as needed with staff in Conservation, Technical Services and Access and Delivery Services. Candice also maintains tools and documentation that support the intake, processing, and disposition of gifts-in-kind, damaged materials and replacement of lost materials. In addition to these responsibilities, Candice coordinates and participates in workflows related to digitization through the Internet Archive’s Scribe and subsequent inclusion within HathiTrust.
Candice earned two BA degrees (Psychology and English Literature) from Nazareth College, an MA in Communication from Suffolk Unviersity and an MLIS from Simmons College.
