Tim McGeary

I am a library and technology executive dedicated to building diversity, equity, mutual respect, and inclusion in our organization and community.  I lead through my experience in strategic visioning, focus, and leadership, directing effective organizational, financial, operational, and project management, and building internal and external collaborations and partnerships, including through grants, corporate and foundation relations, development strategies, and fundraising.  I am to effectively communicate the challenges and opportunities in the library and technology landscapes for our organization to overcome and accomplish.  I possess a deep passion of "the Commons" approach to open source and data communities, while also valuing the importance of vendor relationships and collaborations.
