Katie Henningsen
Head of Research Services, David M. Rubenstein Rare Book & Manuscript Library
Katie Henningsen leads the Research Services department in Duke’s main special collections library. Research Services provides reference and research consultations, instruction, reproductions of special collections materials, and manages the reading room and circulation. Katie is focused on providing inclusive and equitable research and instruction programs for the Duke community.
Katie holds a MSLIS with a concentration in Rare Books and Special Collections from the Palmer School, Long Island University, an M.Phil. in Reformation and Enlightenment Studies from Trinity College Dublin, and a BA in History from Westmont College.
