As a member of Duke University Libraries' senior leadership team, Dracine provides administrative leadership for collections and technical services, which supports the collections lifecycle and includes oversight of collection strategy and development, conservation services, continuing resource acquisitions, metadata and discovery strategy, monograph acquisitions, and resource description. She served as Interim University Librarian at Duke in 2022. She is a 2021-2022 leadership fellow of the Association of Research Libraries (ARL) and a member of the American Library Association’s Technical Services Directors group; of the Chief Collection Development Officers of Large Research Libraries group, as well as of the Technical Services Group of the Ivy Plus Libraries Confederation. She is also currently an appointed member of the HathiTrust’s Program Steering Committee.
